Limits and calling hours
Open Settings > Calling and compliance. Owners can change these.
- Daily call limit: the most calls that can start in one day.
- Daily budget: dialling stops when today’s cost reaches it. Calls in progress count as $0.30 each until they finish.
- Calling hours (From / Until), Calling days and Time zone: calls are only placed between these times, in that zone. A country can have its own hours under Countries and lines.
- Tries per lead (1 to 5) and Hours between tries: how a campaign retries someone who did not answer.
- Permission valid for (days): optional. Holds a call when the recorded permission from a lead is older than this (leads from your own cold lists with no date are not affected).
- Words before the AI stops talking: how readily the AI stops when interrupted.
On top of these
, a person is never called more than once a day or twice a week, and calls refused by the carrier before they ring do not count against the daily limit.
Rules about which hours and days you may call differ by country. Check yours with a qualified adviser before widening the defaults. This is not legal advice.
