Reports
Reports looks at the last 30 days (some panels the latest 100 calls).
- Totals: calls, share answered, money spent and cost per call.
- How fast it answers: the average reply delay and where the time goes. Under about 1.5 seconds feels natural on the phone.
- Outcomes: how many labelled calls ended in a yes. A “yes” is the AI’s reading of the transcript, not a payment or a signed deal. Treat small samples as hints, not proof.
- Objections heard: the objections people raised, how often, and how many were resolved, with an example.
- Speed to lead: how quickly new leads were first called (see Call a new lead within seconds).
- When people pick up: a weekday-by-hour heatmap of answered calls. Darker means more pick-ups; a faint cell has too few calls to trust. Use it to choose calling hours.
- Phone line pickup: pickup per line over 7 days. A line with many calls but very few answered is flagged, because carriers may be marking its number as spam: try another number or line.
Outcome labels need Marvo’s analysis to be working. If outcomes are missing, see The bell and system health.
