Add leads to a campaign
Open a campaign and press Add leads. There are three ways.
Paste or type
One lead per row with a header row. Columns: name, number, company. Numbers need the country code, like +971…
From a file
Upload an .xlsx, .csv, .tsv or .txt file (up to 10 MB). Marvo shows each sheet and its columns, guesses which column is the number, name, company, category, industry and city, and lets you correct the mapping before importing. It lists any columns it did not import, so nothing disappears silently. If a cell holds several numbers, the first usable one is used and the others are kept in the lead’s note.
From a CRM
Choose From a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Bitrix24, Salesforce or a Google Sheet). Connect it first under Settings > Connections. You can filter by CRM status and by “not contacted in the last N days” (Marvo counts its own calls too), and Preview shows what would be added before anything is written.
What Marvo does to the list
- Cleans numbers: spaces, brackets and
00prefixes are fixed. For a file or CRM import into a campaign locked to a country, a local number without a country code is read as that country’s number when its length fits; otherwise it is refused, never guessed. - Refuses other countries: a number from another country than the campaign’s is left out, with the reason.
- Never duplicates: a number already in any campaign, or already called, is skipped (people who were called before appear under Re-engage instead).
- Respects the do-not-call list: those leads are added as “do not call” and never dialled.
You always get a summary of what was added and what was left out, and why.
Categories
If your list has a vertical, industry or city column, Marvo keeps it. In the campaign’s lead list you can filter by category and press Make a campaign from these to move the still-waiting leads of one category into a new draft campaign (using that category’s own offer if you set one under Knowledge).
