Re-engage people you have already called

Campaigns > Re-engage lists people you have called before, once enough time has passed. No CRM is needed: it uses Marvo’s own history.

Groups

• Warm: agreed to something or enquired.
• Asked for a callback.
• Spoke, no clear result.
• Not reached: never answered.
• Said no (resting): hidden by default and not listed again for 180 days.

Choose Not contacted for at least 7 to 180 days (default 30) and a country. Each row shows the last contact, the last result and a suggested next step, such as following up on what they agreed to or trying again. These suggestions are simple rules, not predictions.

Who is never listed

Anyone on the do-not-call list, anyone who opted out, wrong numbers and spam, people already waiting in a campaign or with a pending callback, and anyone whose latest call is still in progress. Someone tried three times without ever answering is left to rest.

Use it

Tick people (or use the whole view), press Add to a campaign, and choose an open campaign. The people are added as new leads; duplicates are skipped.
