Countries and phone lines

Updated 25 October 2026

Settings > Countries and lines (owners) controls where Marvo may call.

  • Each country can be switched on or off and has its own calling hours, days, per-day and per-week limits and budget (blank means “use the global setting”), plus the language handling the AI uses, local notes and a pre-call announcement where a country needs one.
  • A call to a number in a country that is off, or not set up, is refused.
  • Each country uses its own phone line. A line that belongs to one country cannot be used for another’s campaign.
  • Where a country has several lines, Marvo can rotate between them and skip a line whose pickup has dropped.
  • Your Marvo contact connects new lines and may set up the country with you: the setup checklist on this tab tracks the steps.

Because every campaign is locked to one country, a number from another country can never be added to it by accident.
