Edit, pause or duplicate a campaign

Updated 25 October 2026

Edit

On a campaign card press Edit to change its name, call type, offer, phone line and calls at once. The country stays locked.

You can edit a campaign that is a draft, paused or finished. A running campaign cannot be edited, because some of its calls would follow one script and some another: pause it first, or duplicate it.

Duplicate

Duplicate creates a new draft with the same call type, offer, line, concurrency and country, and no leads. It is the safe way to try a changed script on a fresh list, or to repeat a campaign.

Delete

Delete appears only on a draft whose leads have never been tried. It removes the campaign and its untried leads. Anything that has already called someone is kept, because its calls and results belong to it.

Pause and start

Pause stops new calls from that campaign (calls in progress finish). Start resumes it. To stop everything, use Stop all (see Stop all and the do-not-call list).

Every edit, duplicate and delete is recorded in the Activity log.
