What the AI knows: Knowledge

Updated 25 October 2026

AI setup > Knowledge is the single source of truth. The AI is told to state only what is written there. Anything missing, it will not invent.

Fields for each entry

AI setup, Knowledge: one entry's fields

  • Service or product name
  • What it is: one or two plain sentences.
  • Who it is for: roles, company size, industries.
  • Pricing the AI may state: leave it blank and the AI says your team will scope it.
  • Proof it may cite: only true, checkable things (live products, past work you can name).
  • Objections and approved answers: one per line, objection → answer.
  • Never claim or promise: guarantees, timelines and results you cannot back.
  • Next step to ask for: what a yes means, for example “a call with our lead engineer”. The AI never promises a specific day or time; your team confirms it.
  • Availability: in stock, booked until November, and so on. Blank means the AI will not say.

By country

  • Offered in: untick a country to stop an entry being used there. Calls and the front desk in that country will not mention it.
  • Wording by country: fill only what differs (pricing, audience, proof, objections, things not to claim). A blank box uses the main text.

Offer for each category

If your lead lists have categories, Offer for each category picks which offer a campaign split off for that category uses.

Keep it honest

Review the text before a campaign. If something would be wrong to say out loud to a stranger, it should not be here. Nothing here is legal advice; check claims and calling rules with a qualified adviser.
