What Marvo is and what it does
Marvo is an AI caller. You give it a list of leads and tell it what you offer. It phones them, has a short natural conversation, notes what each person said and, when someone is interested, books the next step or hands them to you.
What it does for you

- Calls your leads. From a campaign (a list worked through a few calls at a time), from one new call you place yourself, or straight after a lead arrives from a form or your CRM.
- Answers your phone line (optional). The front desk can pick up inbound calls, answer from what you have taught it and pass callers to the right person.
- Writes everything down. Every call has a transcript, an outcome (for example “next step agreed” or “not interested”) and the contact details the person gave.
- Tells you who to follow up with. Interested people appear under Hot leads; agreed times appear under Appointments; callback requests appear under Callbacks.
- Stays inside your rules. Calling hours, daily limits, a budget, a do-not-call list and a Stop all button are yours to control. See Limits and calling hours.
What it does not do
- It does not take payments or sign contracts on a call. A “yes” on a call is the AI’s reading of the conversation, not a signed deal.
- It does not make promises you have not written down. It only states what you put in Knowledge (see What the AI knows).
- It does not replace your own judgement about who you may call. Calling and consent rules differ by country; check them with a qualified adviser. Nothing in this help center is legal advice.
