Your first 30 minutes: quick start

This order works best. Nothing in it can reach a real customer, because Marvo starts in test mode.

1. Check you are in test mode (1 minute)

Look at the top bar. It shows Test mode. In test mode only the numbers listed under Settings > Calling and compliance > Numbers allowed in test mode can be dialled, so a mistake cannot ring a real person. See Test mode and going live.

2. Tell the AI what you offer (10 minutes)

Open AI setup > Knowledge and add your service or product: what it is, who it is for, and what the AI may say about price and proof. Leave pricing blank and the AI will say your team will scope it. See What the AI knows.

3. Place a test call to your own phone (5 minutes)

On Home press New call.
Enter your own number (with the country code, like +971…), choose a Call type and the Offer.
Read the Before dialling checks. All should pass.
Press Place call, answer, and talk to it like a customer would.

Afterwards open Calls, press the call and read the transcript and outcome. See The Calls page.

4. Fix what you did not like

Change the wording in Knowledge or the script in AI setup > Call types, then call yourself again. Repeat until you are happy. See Call types.

5. Build your first campaign (10 minutes)

Campaigns > New campaign, choose the country, call type, offer and how many calls run at once (start with 1). Add a small list of leads you are allowed to call. See Create a campaign and Add leads.

6. Go live only when you are ready

Read Test mode and going live first. Going live is a deliberate step you take yourself.
